Aptem have confirmed there is an availability issue with the DfE Learning Records Service (LRS). This will prevent customers from retrieving Personal Learning Record (PLR) information from within Aptem. For further information, customers are advised to contact LRS support directly
Aptem will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide updates when available.

Aptem have identified an issue with our integration with the DfE Learning Records Service (LRS). This may impact any customer attempting to retrieve Personal Learning Record (PLR) information within Aptem. We are actively investigating this situation, and will provide further updates shortly.
